At Checkout – during checkout, you can validate that your postal code is eligible for Same-Day Delivery. You can also select your drop off instructions (hand it to me or leave it at my door). You will also have the option to provide additional drop off instructions in this section.
Receive Your Order – the store will pack your order and it will be picked up for delivery. You will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order. You will also receive a SMS notification when your order is on its way and when the delivery driver is approaching
Where is Same-Day Delivery available?
Same-Day Delivery is available at select Mark's locations. You can check if you are eligible for delivery on any product page or in your shopping cart. Same-Day Delivery is available to addresses that are within 10km of eligible stores.
When do I need to place my order to be eligible for Same-Day delivery?
Orders placed before 2:00PM local time will be delivered same day, within 2 hours of you placing your order. Orders placed after 2:00PM local time will be delivered next day, within 2 hours of the store opening.
Does this service offer Contactless Delivery?
Yes, when you checkout you will have the ability to select your Drop-Off Options. Here you can select “Hand it to me” where the item must be handed to you, or “Leave it at my door” if you would prefer a contactless delivery. You will also have the option to provide additional drop off instructions in this section.
Can I order any product for Same-Day Delivery?
Most products are available for Same-Day Delivery; however, items that are hazardous, oversized, or heavy may be excluded. Orders over $500 are not eligible for Same-Day Delivery.
Will the delivery fee be refunded if I return my order?
No, the delivery fee associated with Same-Day Delivery is non-refundable. For more information please visit our RETURNS page.
How do I track my order?
